Custom Projects and Theming

With our computer aided cutting machines, and highly skilled and creative team, Hardcote is able to create more than just architectural pieces. We’ve worked with a large number of clients in various industries to create an abundance of unique custom products.

Our work has been used in theme parks (including Dreamworld and Legoland Japan), in shopping center displays, and even to aid in helicopter fire fighting.

We use a computer-controlled (CNC) hotwire cutter and router to accurately carve our designs out of polystyrene foam. Our team then assembles and sands it all, before being sprayed in our durable and lightweight polyurethane hard coating.
